THE ASK

ISOtunes sought a long-term partner that could lead their entire digital marketing efforts, specifically to increase website sales and decrease reliance on Amazon.

Their goals were to introduce ISOtunes as the go-to hearing protection with built-in audio for hardworking professionals. They also wanted to position ISOtunes as a smart, tough, and reliable brand workers can trust on job sites and beyond.

THE STRATEGY

Our approach focused on scaling Meta growth, improving site performance, and building long-term content efficiency through:

  • Message Testing
    Harmon Brothers analyzed reviews to uncover key value props, then tested them through static image ads on Meta.

     

  • Identifying and Incorporating Key Insights
    Ads featuring real-world product use and key benefits outperformed generic messaging, shaping future creative decisions.

     

  • Larger Scale Production
    A diverse content library—lifestyle, product, and UGC—enabled rapid ad iteration and doubled production efficiency.

THE EXECUTION

Harmon Brothers audited ISOtunes’ customer and competitor reviews to identify key selling points and potential barriers to purchase.

After the discovery phase, the team shot photos and videos of the product in a variety of locations and with a variety of models to build a content library of product and lifestyle imagery that streamlined future creative production.

We then worked with our seasoned writers to both refine messaging in ads, as well as bring personality and a brand voice to the creative.

To maximize AOV and website revenue, we introduced product bundles and upsells, and A/B-tested website improvements.

All of this lead to an optimized video library so that during holiday sales season (November and December), we could iterate on the highest performing ads very quickly to maximize impact during the most valuable sales period.

THE RESULTS

Account-Wide ROAS: +150% YoY
Harmon Brothers drove major ROAS gains during Q4 and beyond seeing a 150% increase in Q4.

Ad Spend & Attributable Sales Increased Efficiently
Ad spend rose 2.3x, driving a 5.8x lift in sales.

UX testing drove +29% conversions and +23% revenue per visitor.
